This is the best Sober Living ever! John, the owner, believed in me when no one else did and he is one of the reasons why I am still sober today. 2 1/2 years sober and counting! This is the nicest house I've ever lived in and I'm grateful for the time I lived there (Almost 3 years). John provides a safe environment, so you can succeed in your recovery. There is a weekly Wednesday night dinner meeting and it is great to gather around with everyone from the house and have a nice dinner. I will always remember the great times I had there. Management is there for you for anything that you need. The house is always clean! If you're looking for a Sober Living, this is the place! Stay sober, pay your rent, do your chore, clean up after yourself, follow the house rules, treat everyone with respect, attend the mandatory Wednesday night meeting and you're going to do great! This place is my family. I come back to visit my friends frequently because they are my family. Everyone is supportive and kind. Love you John! Thank you for believing in me!

I highly recommend this sober living house, it is a great place to go if you are trying to get your life together. It's full of nothing but friendly people. It is very clean and a nice place to live. There are only 3 requirements; pay your rent, do your daily chore, and stay sober. That's it not hard to do. If your the type of person that causes problems or makes him have to do extra work, then this is not the place for you. When I got to John's house I was in a bad place in my life with no job and very little job experience. He helped me find a good job making decent money. I followed the rules of the house and had no problem at all. I stayed 7 months, now 2 years later I'm still sober, I still have the same job, and I get to be part of my twin boys life, and I have John and his house the thank for that. I hope this review helps anyone who is looking for a good sober living house to go to. if you choose this house you won't regret it for sure it has done wonders for my life.

This is a great place to live sober! I’ve been to a few other sober livings and NONE compare to here! Many amenities that the owner John is constantly upgrading! An adult atmosphere! No nonsense rules which make it a safe and sober environment!

This house is truly the safest place I have ever been when it comes to my recovery. I have spent almost two years under this roof and am each day more and more grateful. John Strumpfler is not only a caring and understanding person but is also himself a recovering addict. Before I lived here I felt alone and vulnerable; isolated, weak and craving a drink constantly. This place has now provided me a platform for which I am now currently working towards dreams that I used to believe impossible. I come home each day to a caring environment that supports my sobriety...
I could write a novel, a NYT Best Seller with the memories I hold of this place and the people within. This place is no nonsense and zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol and if anyone out there who may be reading this feels they want a safe environment- look no further.
Safe neighborhood, free toilet paper, free laundry AND detergent, weight set in the back yard, smart TV’s in every room...This place saved my life and I’m not just saying that.

The guys there are great. The owner John is super cool and understanding and really tries to help you as much as he can. It's very clean here and everyone is clean here as well and I mean actually clean. Bottom line is I wouldn't have been able to succeed as much as I have if it weren't for staying there not with my past.

This is an extremely positive environment for men who are serious about changing their life. The management is understanding of individual situations but serious about keeping the house on track and running well. It's incredibly well appointed and presents an example of a "grown-up" sober living.
