I’m so glad we chose Oakmont! My father has been living in Memory Care for over a year now. I don’t worry about him there, and the peace of mind is priceless. It’s small enough that staff know our family, and they work hard to take care of their residents. We enjoy comfortable visits in front of one of the multiple fireplaces, or in warm weather enjoying the beautiful courtyard. The support group meetings are so helpful. I recommend Oakmont to anyone who is looking for a care home for a loved one.

My wife, Marion, and I have lived at Oakmont for over 14 months and are very please with our experience. Most important the staff and the other residence are very friendly. There is a very family like environment at Oakmont of Roseville. The marketing director has been especially helpful. She help us when we were moving our wheel chair bound son into Oakmont from another assisted living facility to have him near us. The kitchen staff help put on a great dinner and breakfast party In the private dinning room for my 90th birthday party.

My husband and I moved to this lovely facility beginning September 2022. Our son Spencer who lives in Granite Bay recommended to us to make the move here from Sun valley, Idaho for 2 reasons. My husband had advanced Parkinson's disease and needed more medical assistance than we were able to get in our small community and we also wanted to be closer to 2 of our children - our son in Granite Bay and our daughter in Oakland.
From the day we moved in we felt very much at home. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. On June 23 my husband David had a fall resulting in a minor injury to the hip. After 3 weeks of rehab, we decided to move him to memory care. The help and support he received there again was very good. The staff respected our somewhat different situation, meaning that I wanted to spend every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with David. In other words, I still wanted to be involved in his care. The staff and I worked very well as a team. On December 3, 2023, my sweet husband of 64 years passed due to an acute bowl blockage. I made the decision to move back to my longtime home in Idaho. I will miss the many wonderful residents who have become good friends and of course the management team and all the care staff. I will miss everyone but will treasure the good memmories.

The level of compassionate professionalism at Oakmont Roseville was very uplifting and quickly instills a sense of safety and security for any loved one you might consider for residency there. Stephanie and her staff gave us stellar treatment and answered any and all concerns we had. The property itself is top shelf and honestly quite luxurious in every way. More like a 5 star mountain lodge than a long term assisted living facility.

My parents have been at Oakmont of Roseville for 2 years. I can't say enough about the accomodations and the staff here. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They were so supportive when my mom passed this summer and have been there for my dad during this difficult time. The most meaningful thing about Oakmont of Roseville is that the staff treats every resident with dignity. It truly is a special place and I'm so grateful!

The staff are very friendly. They always have a kind word and a smile for guests and residents alike. The facility is very nice. The food is very good. Activities are frequent and appropriate. Our father generally enjoys living there. They do not respond to tenants signal for assistance as quickly as I would have hoped. And on rare occasions, not at all. Our father has slipped to the floor on many occasions and cannot get up unassisted. He has sat for up to 30 minutes waiting for help to get up. He is scheduled for assistance bathing and on at least one occasion recently they did not show up to do it. I suspect staffing levels are a challenge, but if he were to be hurt, it may take a long time to get help.
