Mafewest has an awesome California Vibe. The brewery has been one of my favorites for many years. The Pale is legendary. All the beer is superb.

A must-stop if you are a beer fan in the area. Very inexpensive 4-packs to-go. Outdoor seating only right now, so you might have to wait to be seated. Food purchase required per state guidelines.

I visited MadeWest while on vacation in Ventura. The experience was really fun and I enjoyed the beer, which I tasted the Prospect. It was their take on coffee beer, highly recommend.

During our visit, they had live music and a taco truck outside. It all made for a great mix of entertainment and leisure. When I visit, I’ll be sure to stop by again!

My family is from Valencia, so we've ventured to Ventura every so often to get to the beach, but I never got excited to head that way until MadeWest opened its doors. We live in San Diego, so the bar is set HIGH for breweries, and I can honestly say that this is my favorite brewery and tasting room from there to San Diego -- bar none. The vibe is welcoming and relaxed, yet full of life and good vibes.

So much so, my fiancè and I hosted our engagement party in their private room with 30 of our friends and family. It was absolutely perfect and couldn't have been a more seamless experience. Mike and Seth were so generous to let us rent the space on a Saturday night, bring in our own decorations and open a tab at the bar for our guests. We catered food in, enjoyed the live music and our guests were beyond impressed with the ambience, service and incredible BEER MadeWest served.

I am such a fan of this place that I think everyone has heard me rave about it at least a dozen times. My only complaint is that it's not close enough to where I live. Maybe there's a San Diego location in the future? I'll keep hoping.

Until then, keep up the great work, MadeWest -- you're making a lot of people really happy.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff!!! Great beer!!! I had an ipa and a porter. Bartender was helpful in making selection. There was a food cart outside. I did not partake. Will definitely come here again when I am in the area. Good beer selection and friendly staff!!!!

We love coming here. As business owners are having a late night working away, food truck is always here and refreshing beer before we call it a night.
