OK, so I went and brought a friend there to get a food box. They only do it once a month. however, how do you expect somebody to survive on? One can of pork and beans, 1 can of fruit, 1 can of corn, 1 small can of tuna, 1 can of chicken, 1 can of soup, a jar peanut butter, a loaf of bread, a can of tomato sauce and pasta for making spaghetti? Either you need more donations, or maybe consider getting together with another charity and merge together. Because the money on the building in rent, alone is more than your handing out. Wait you have a church building dont you? this is,, part of the Catholic Church? Correct me if I'm wrong, I know they shouldn't have an issue with donations here? I don't know.I just feel like you're doing more damage than you're doing any good here. I would be frustrated. And this is just my opinion and i'm sorry just an opinion.
My question to you is why you give such little. For so many people that are in need in a town that's struggling. That's what I am not understanding. People are hurting out there and if this is what's going on in the food banks , something needs to be done here people.

I have heard such amazing things about these wonderful people. They have helped so many of my clients and friends. But when I call and let them know i need help, she laughed at me and told me I'd be on the waiting list. I am not upset about the list, I totally understand that especially given the current issues in our state/country and funding. However, I feel so embarrassed that she laughed at me and made me feel so bad. I don't think she meant to as I know they are such a good place that helps so many people. But after I called, instead of simply feeling accomplished to get on a list, or get help, or even just finality with a kind "Sorry, we can't at this time" I feel more ashamed than anything.

These women are literally a Godsend! The help they provide for the community shows the love and compassion they have in their hearts and the comforting atmosphere made me feel like I was safe and the assistance they provided my family took a huge burden off of our shoulders! If your short on money and need some food this is your place. There are toiletrys sometimes. It is open only for short periods during the week. Some times they will help you pay your past due electricity bill. Possibly at times will cover rental deposits. People in need of assistance should call here.

The community food locker is open 5 days a week. They provide good food Staples. Both canned goods and boxed goods and some fresh vegetables. They also provide energy bill assistance. Very kind and compassionate ladies

Catholic ladies is an amazing program. They have a food locker that anyone is able to go to once a month. You have to have identification for everyone in the household. The ladies are super nice though!!

I felt warmly welcomed by the staff there. Grateful to receive an adequate quantity and varieties of foods. Workers were glad to help carry my foods to my vehicle. Definitely would return.
