This is an amazing place. I found a 1930s cereal bowl and cup with a picture of Shirley temple on it. Prices are amazing. And if your looking for any medical equipment, they are free for anyone who needs them. I ask that anyone with walkers, wheel chairs, camodes, etc. Anything that will help the disabled, Please donate them.

This is such a great place - thrift shops. A number of different areas on a few acres. I go regularly because you never know what they may have from furniture to costumes, to a bathtub and a wetsuit. Plus, they are just the best - they even laugh at my stupid jokes.

The Idyllwild Help Center is amazing! You can get a great deal on something amazing at the Thrift Store and your purchase helps a local family with things like firewood for heating, food from the pantry, medical assistance, Christmas presents and so much more! There is no other place like it! So proud of this place!

Okay - this is really more for the Board of Directors - but everyone should know the kind of people staff the Help Center. Without the incredible staff AND the volunteers that I don’t know by name—THANK YOU! Special kudos go to Colleen & Skye who are ALWAYS kind and pleasant with everyone. They are truly caring ladies who run a tight but most generous ship! They are compassionate with every single client. Then let’s add Julia at the thrift store area with her ingenuity. She DOES make lemonade out of those lemons. It’s the pandemic and so she created the online store. We can order online, pay shipping and have some special treasure shipped to anywhere! That’s good business thinking. The motto “Greedy for the Needy” is, I believe, her mantra. I want to mention April as well who works hard and is always pleasant. But I don’t want to forget our Charlie, either. (Who could ever forget Charlie?) He reigns supreme over the cash register. He adds a lot of pizazz (not pizza) to the place...& his humor brightens the day. Bless each & every one of you—you’re worth more than you can ever know. ❤️🙏🏻😊

You can buy some AWESOME stuff...just about anything for really cheap! Plus they will help locals out with dentist bills and other important life occurances when needed. Really very wonderful people! They are life savers!!

Just can not say enough about this place a legacy of The Sarvella Family and is the life line for some residents who have had some struggles. The people that run it are amazing individuals.
