This organization has significantly declined in quality since Donna’s departure. I strongly advise against investing your time or money here. The current staff demonstrates a lack of competence, poor attention to detail, and a troubling lack of knowledge regarding immigration procedures. They do not offer clear guidance on the processes involved, nor do they properly inform clients about requirements, timelines, or potential consequences. Although they present themselves as advocates, I experienced little genuine care, accountability, or proactive support throughout my case.
When I received a request for additional evidence from USCIS, I was given no meaningful assistance and was left to navigate the process entirely on my own. This was especially concerning given how severe the consequences of even a minor error on an application can be. There was also a noticeable lack of empathy, particularly toward individuals who are new to the immigration process and depend on professional guidance. Considering the fees charged, one would reasonably expect a higher standard of service and diligence; unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Donna was the only staff member who consistently demonstrated expertise and professionalism, and since her departure, the quality of service has markedly deteriorated. I do not recommend working with Suzan Jezabel, or Gustavo. Prospective clients would be better served seeking assistance elsewhere or saving to retain a qualified immigration attorney.

Please do not respond to this review with generic statements suggesting a desire to “make things right.” I no longer wish to engage with or have any further involvement with this organization.

I went there with my wife to request some assistance with filing some application, they did help but after they received the payment and the right papers, they leave us in the dark, charities doesn’t exist when you charge people, help doesn’t exist when you waiting for payment and then you don’t care anymore, if is the right documents or not, after you pay they don’t know you anymore, so if you need to file immigration papers or any other important documents, this is not the place that can help, they will charge that’s for sure but help you? Last thing they will do, actually they will help if willing to pay again, on the same price and be careful because if is their fault on filling those documents, they will blame on you not them.

Wish I didn't have to write this. When my kids were small, I went to CCTN and they loaded me up with diapers, extra bottles, baby gear. So grateful for that
I'm not sure what has happened, but I sought utility assistance recently and the entire process has been so unpleasant. In every conversation except the first one, I felt judged and condescended to. I had to request updates. I was interrogated about why I needed the help, why I didn't have more of a last paycheck to show like I was lying about needing the help.
When people are navigating their SURVIVAL, it is neither helpful nor gracious to leave people feeling the way they made me feel in a time of hardship. O can get why people are leery of things that are "Christian" because, in this case, that energy is definitely lacking.
Needing help doesn't make me less intelligent, less hard working, less worthy but I was DEFINITELY made to feel that way and it sucked.

I haven't been to the temple yet. Although I think it's very nice. I'd like to know if they offer social assistance or charitable aid.

If you’re of the Caucasian variety, don’t waste your time trying to get bill assistance. Alexis and her supervisor, Carol, were bordering on intimidation to shut me up about giving me their promised assistance via many emails before my appointment. Alexis demanded my hospital records to my prove my disability 30 minutes via phone call before the appointment time. I brought them, and was disgusted to hear she wanted to copy them. HIPPA? Human decency? I drew the line at that. Bad actors.. Her name is Alexis. Stay away from her if you’re white. When I went to get a food box, however, this one woman heard what happened. She went the extra 10 miles, and helped us out so much. An absolute angel. Thank you to her.
