I came here at 12 years old, it was traumatizing. I was terrified and anxious. First time using the bathroom there, a spider came down from the ceiling. We aren't allowed outside. My roommate ripped a socket off a wall, which led to me having to sleep in a hallway on a chair. There was a lot of yelling and scary nurses. Its very dirty and the food is bad. The therapists don't do anything, the staff are rude, gave me a major depressive episode and made my crisis worse.

Nurses here are very kind patient and understanding.

This PROGRAM TREATS WITH MEDICINE, and interaction with others having similar clusters of issues, which sounds great.

My problems started with transportation. I overcame this. Next issue was pharmaceutical, I told the nurses in the morning my blood sugar was low and I was dizzy. They measured my blood pressure. Gave me some water and directed me to class or I would be marked down as tardy, for review if I'm still eligible.

That is important and pretense for this review as It is all I seemingly can do.

After end of program or around that time, as I have no memory of days after starting after lunch. I do not recall getting any help. But that It was noted that LLU BMC. Sent me to the Redlands ER upon finding me on the floor of a bathroom unresponsive and incoherent.
They did not disclose what happen to my belongings. satchel, with power anm for phone, a guitar older then my grandparents that had remained in my family bloodline, brand new Tactical Boots, nice clothes, a portable Water pik toothbrush, the only thing I got after dishacharged from Redlands ER 4 days later, were hospital socks, some body sanitizer clothes. My phone wallet, no cash, and keys to my bike I'm glad I didn't have with me.
Why on earth did a medical university equipped with state of the art equipment and world recognized services & doctors, send me to a separate ER not on location, when they have more then several ERs, 24hr clinics. In a 2 mile radius?

I asked them on the phone today, they sent me to a answering service and never responded.
This is my guess which will happen, they will claim no liability from failing to treat was I told them was happening before it happen and hide behind something I presumably did wrong, even though I gave them 100% transparency, use it against me and drop me from what I've been trying for a year now, on 3 separate occasions now to pursue. Because that is what the last information tells me.
They left me to hang and dry, abandoned me somewhere else, and are ignoring me.

The staff who have oversight, limit the potential for innovative progress to a degree that if a patient doesn't look good, appear exceptionally to be adding to the
image of better then best, while at the time, at a worst point, vulnerable to influence, and subject to change without notice, no matter to how much effort to overcome Tramatic injury(s), Disabilities, toxic relationships, They will abandon you,( It would be arrogant of me to think they just have something out on me), this is my Experiance for this part of Loma Linda University Medical services, for behavioral health they will abandon you faster then a fly on poop.

This Program is NOT here to serve anyone's specific struggles with physical, & or both mental disabilities, unless surface level improvements are made by exposing your most inner truths to groups that document you & how the classes offered helped you.

They do not offer individual care beyond psych medications, diagnosis, literally with Sigmund Freuds notes on human experimentation derivatives from a hundred years ago on analytical psychological development.

My analogy is, LomaLindaUiversity Beheavorial Medicine Center, is to, Daniel David Amin, as Microsoft, is to, Google.

This place is the worst facility for teenagers.

Staff is very rude and entitled.

There's not enough kindness or understanding for the young patient.

Not only the service is bad.
My daughter experienced pure negligence.
Certified nurse give her someone else's pills.
It was 2 different medications from another girl with the same name but different last name.
During discharged day, they refused to give me a report or records of those medication.

I bet they lied to me when they told me that administration was investigating the incident.

All personnel should take training again and remember why they become nurses .

I can’t say enough good things about the Loma Linda Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and the incredible team there, especially Dave, the therapist who changed my life. I’ve struggled with Borderline Personality Disorder, and at my lowest point, I was violent, destructive, and on a path that could have led to death, prison, or worse. I was lost, but with the unwavering support of Dave and the entire team, I was able to turn my life around.

Their combination of therapy, guidance, and accountability helped me understand and manage my condition. With their help, and the consistent use of medication, I’ve transformed in ways I never thought possible. Today, I am a different person—someone I am proud of. I’m married, expecting a child, have a stable job with a great income, and a family I cherish. I’ve gone from being on the edge to building a happy, successful, and fulfilling life.

I will always be deeply grateful to Dave and everyone at Loma Linda IOP. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, and their dedication truly saved my life. If you or someone you know is struggling, this is the place where transformation is possible. Thank you, Loma Linda, for giving me my life back.

I stayed here a few times as a teenager and my experience wasn't so bad. It didn't make me feel any better, the doctor was rarely there, I was misdiagnosed with BPD which led me down a somehow darker path and the meds they put you on (or rearrange) are usually black box drugs not meant to be used long term; taking them long-term can cause things like infertility to diabetes. I gave this place 4 stars because of the social workers. They were wonderful and always so sweet. It was them who actually helped me out the most and gave me some sort of relief. I want to give a shout out to Joel if he's still there. He's what made me feel safe enough to leave my room. A nurse yelled at me repeatedly to join the group therapy but I kept insisting I wasn't feeling good, and turns out I had stomach flu 🙃 the doctors, terrible, the nurses, mean and domineering, the social workers, angels.

I was here 2 years ago and I'm not sure if they are different now but that place felt more like being in prison than really anything. They never let us outside, the food was OK, they forced us to stay in our rooms, we got shampoo and conditioner by little water cups, it was cold as hell in there and never listened to the patients (again when I was there) It may be way more different now but for now. This place was bad but it wasn't the worst

Look I was there for a 8 week out patient program around a year ago, thinking of going back because of more life stressors but I was doing good when I got out up until this past march, I think Dave was my therapist and he actually cared, Dr checked me weekly with blood work, so not sure about why so many bad reviews, if they don’t take her insurance get over it, go to Redlands community hospital instead, and anyone comparing to this to Jail, obviously has never been to jail
