It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men." - Frederick Douglass

So true! On 8/1/23, I celebrated my two year anniversary in recovery for Clinical Codependence! I was diagnosed with Codependence later in life because it is basically new in the mental health field. Yet, I am able to share with others they are not alone and there is help available in this generation! I have been, and always will be, an advocate for the kids who do not have a voice! Especially the child living in adults who still yearns for someone to rescue them! 💙🩷🌈 #isurvivedmychildhood
