It's very welcoming and clean. The boys met other children at "the house" who traveled here for their own medical journeys. They got to bond with other kids. It really does brighten parents up when you see the outlook of our children playing and talking about life. Changes my perspective as a human being.

The people at this Ronald McDonald House were absolutely amazing! And the accommodations were top notch! Annie went above and beyond to help us, knowing that we were disabled adults bringing a sick child to Children’s National. We felt like we were staying with family instead of strangers and even our rather stand off-ish child felt comfortably at home.

Absolutley amazing place. Very helpful staff. Not intrusive at all once you check in. House is very well taken care of. Playground is great for kids. Community kitchen is huge. Only negative I can say is the reason most people come to stay is sad. But the fact this is here so you can be close to the hospital is awesome.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people and groups that support it. If your reading this because you will be staying, then know it is a nice place to stay; the beds are comfortable and the shared kitchen is well equipped, though the rooms and halls can be a bit echoey. The people who assist and volunteer are always very helpful and kind.
If you are reading this for any other reason, I can say from personal experience, this is a great charity to support, I cannot imagine how our, or many of the families we met, could manage without it. If you donate or volunteer you have my sincere thanks.

Great place. Very secure. The place as a gate around the property. The rooms have good locks. The people are helpful and friendly. About ten mins from the children's hospital. They have shuttles back and forth to the hospital.

So lucky to be able to have a room so close to children’s national hospital so we can be close to our little one and we can focus on him getting better and not worry about where we will stay and how much it will cost and just the hassle

If you have to, this is a wonderful place to stay for families with kids in hospital or having surgery. They are SO accommodating ,helpful & kind! This was such a blessing to us in the whirlwind this time in our lives. Great charity to donate to and support. They even had a “Goodie bag” for my child upon arrival.

From day one my family has felt welcomed here. Amazing staff!!! Friendly families and volunteers. Without the Ronald McDonald House not sure what my daughter/granddaughter would have done. Thank God for this organization and all y'all do for families in there time if need.
