I am a developmentally disabled man who was set up and taken advantage by a state police, the witness I have paid the police. I never did anything wrong it was 5:30, rush hour traffic and going to black mountain to turn left. It was police purgerey and deception to make his quota. I asked what I did and he said I crossed a yellow line and I asked for proof, he said I don't need proof and if you don't pay you will have to come back to court and lose. So the person gave him $285 almost all the money we had. We had $18 cash left.

They say Ashville is a good place but the corruption was horrible. I am going to file a small claim court and hope you stop ruining my life.

Gave it 1 start because it's a pretty and clean building. They tell you to show up to court at 7 but court don't start till 9am. I went to this place at 6am waiting thinking I'm gonna be early, on time. Oh I was suppose early. Doors did not open till 715, then the court room doors did not open till 9am. I did not have my case till 1030. I was super IRRATED. Next time tell people who don't know anything about going to court to show up by 9 instead of 7.

They shared a biased, unconstitutional, historically inaccurate, and anti-2nd Amendment opinion against the Honorable US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. They stated that the USSC’s clarification of the 2nd Amendment and it’s history was flawed and not historical when I’m fact it is. This group of people at this facility are anti-American and they lack integrity as well as also violating their oath. How disposable that those who practice the law do not understand the most supreme law of the land and/or that they are blatantly disregarding it and incorrectly misrepresenting it because they’re are ideologues out completely out of touch with the historical and legal relevance of the 2nd Amendment.

They would not accept my husbands case. Stayed it wasn’t ‘high priority’ without reason.

I'm getting unsolicited political texts from this organization. Didn't sign up, nor is there a way to opt out in the text.
