This is the most beautiful music venue I've ever been to. You can see the boats drifting across the water behind the stage from time to time. The walking area is paved, and the seating area is gently slopped for easy walking. Depending on the season, remember to take a jacket since this is an island and has a breeze from the water. If you love the water like I do, take a stoll to both the left and right docks for beautiful water views.

Very informative. Lots of great information, well presented. Nice hands-on things to see and do. Friendly interpreters at several stops. It is well worth the $11.00 entrance fee. Be sure to look on their website for a $1.00 off coupon, so it is only $10.00. The bathrooms were clean.

We went with a group of friends to see Sublime with Rome's last tour and it was very crowded however the atmosphere was very chill! We love it down south and it was very nice to see a concert on the water! Of course it was a very hot Thursday night but once the the sun started setting you did get a nice breeze coming off the water! I would definitely go back there to see another concert! We had a great time!

Roanoke Island Festival Park is a fantastic place to dive into the history of the Outer Banks.

The exhibits are engaging, and the costumed interpreters really bring the past to life. The replica ship was a highlight, offering a hands-on experience that’s great for all ages.

It’s a well-curated mix of education and entertainment—definitely worth a visit!

The staff waiting on the boat and in the entrance were so nice! Even on a rainy day during hurricane Debby, they were there and willing to tell all about the ship! Def a nice experience! The ship is so cool!
