I would give them negative stars if I could- Not only are the employees mean, rude, unhappy and have little to no patience; they also have no idea what they are doing. They act as if they want to be anywhere else. As a CUSTOMER you are the wrong one even if you are 100% right! Being nice to these people will get you no where, they will wipe the smile right off your face. The saying "customers are always right" is out the window at Soldotna City Hall. It is sad to see such a tight community like Soldotna have places like this.

Soldotna is about as bad as you get for a town. Administration would do much better somewhere on the east coast.... or mars.
