I’m not a member but have played here plenty of times. While the employees are great, the place needs a bit of renovation to keep up with time. Unfortunately there isn’t too many options in the area so they seem to have long standing members, but the place is nearly falling apart. There are plenty of courts but the two back courts have huge cracks, I mean huge, and it’s a safety hazard.

I made several attempts to contact the pro shop regarding their tennis services but did not receive any response. I specifically wanted to inquire whether they offer a ball machine for use at an hourly rate. Given that I couldn't find this information on their website, it's clear that they likely do not provide this service.

Super convenient Newport Beach tennis club with excellent courts & large swimming pool. No pickle ball courts. Great and helpful staff. This would be a 5 star review but years of deferred maintenance has made this once top of the line facilities shabby (mold in women's dressing room, 4+ years of a water pool on the men's pool dressing room floor, major wood rot on outside entrance covering etc.). This once was a place to take out of town guests and business contacts to impress; but no longer.

19 Clean nice tennis courts 🎾. No Pickleball courts.
They use Play Your Court for bookings which makes it easy one you get used to the system.
There is a workout room with TVs and a salt water pool with lap lanes.
Lessons are offered at all levels with some renowned pros. The club also offers social group matches they the week as well as events and many Pro Exhibition Matches are sponsored as well.
The restaurant and bar with outdoor seating have a good selection for nourishment all day. The restaurant staff know you by name and are attentive.
The people who play at this club are very friendly.
The management staff leaves much to be desired.

I was new to the area when I joined this club and the tennis director was of no help. They have no match arranging services, no member directory, and basically no help to get you matches if you don't know other members. If you have your own network within the club it won't be a problem and it's a nice club. The restaurant is a bonus. However not knowing anyone, it became clear that the club members are very clicky and it's very difficult to get in for regular play. Additionally I inquired about USTA teams with the director And she told me there weren't any teams even though there were. Every interaction I had with her she was unprofessional and rude. The pool area is very nice and good for families. I quit after 10 months and joined the Palisades tennis club and have been happy ever since.
