Rich and his team at Abel Chevrolet are nothing short of amazing. I have a new to me C6Z that I wanted to have looked over and prepped for track days. Rich was happy to answer all my questions and provide guidance on parts prior to dropping my car off.

Coordinating drop-off was easy, and communication remained excellent while they worked on my vehicle. Abel is not a typical dealer, and I would highly recommend them to any enthusiast.

Chris was fair, honest, helpful, and patient. The entire process was seamless there was no hassle no tricks. He was well spoken, professional and honestly felt more like a friend than a car salesman. There were dogs in the show room that were sweet and kind and it felt like you were walking into your home and not a battle ground like most car dealerships. I will never purchase a Chevrolet from any other dealer and salesperson. If you dont go to Abel in Rio Vista then you are doing it all wrong. Trust me as someone who worked in the car industry for 4 years, this was the antithesis of what I was accustomed to. Thank you Chris! Chris is doing Gods work in the Car Industry bringing back the honesty and fairness. Treating you like an actual client and not a payday.

This is a dealership I truly wanted to like. Instead, I found them to be old school, and not in a good way. Deceptive sales tactics, complete lack of any ethical or moral compass and little shame when called out.

I negotiated a price over the phone for a car. Followed it up with an email exchange agreeing on the price. To put down a deposit, I drove two hours to the dealership. When I got there and looked at the car, the salesman said “I have to tell you, we have another interested party and if you want the car you’re going to have to come up another $1k. I shook his hand and walked away.

A week or two later I noticed the car was still available a decided (against my better judgment to up my offer a few hundred dollars and they agreed. They took a $2k deposit and that evening the car said “sold” on their website with our agreed price reflected on the website.

I was paying cash but they needed a credit check as a formality, yah ok whatever. Opened up the pdf and they adjusted the price by $1k up, and I couldn’t believe it. So I spoke to Derek Able because I was livid and he apologized for any misunderstanding but said sorry, we just sold the car. Technically we had a deal, an agreed upon price and verbal contract. The car was mine. Nope they sold it out from under me.

Absolute scum bags. This behavior and deceptive practices are what gives “the dealer experience” everyone hates. I have all the documentation to prove this but suing isn’t my thing but warning other certainly is. STAY AWAY!!!!

Purchased a used 2024 Camaro ss from Able Chevrolet sight unseen. Chris was my sales person. Chris made the whole process including shipping the vehicle to New Jersey seem less. Paid the internet discounted price.
No additional charges, great communication, temp tags. Car arrived in perfect condition. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris.

Worst customer service ever!!!!
I would like to take this moment to share with you guys my own experience with this dealership last year I ordered the new C8
I waited till it was built and sent to them the first day when I picked it up there was a light on the vehicle for collision. I show it to the salesman and also to the service manager. They said no problem. Bring it back tomorrow. Our service is closed now Will have it since this is brand new from the factory. I took it next day. They’re running through their shop. They say OK there might be some issue with this part. Will call you there for regular oil change service when I didn’t get this answer why is not fixed yet I called. And asked for the general manager left a message. He did not call me back. I called back talked to General manager. He was very rude and didn’t help me.
I would never give my business to the dealership again!!!! They only know how to sell cars not to keep customers. Have a blessed day.

I do not recommended this dealership they will Illegally try to run your credit to death drive a Corvette. They treat you like your trash. Why do I came in there and I’m colored and it’s kind of funny cause I went to a Ferrarai dealership a couple weeks ago and I test drove the New SUV, Ferrarai and it’s kind of crazy how I can go in and do that with the license and all that, but you go to this dealership and they straight up. Defined your character like I can actually suit them for dating my character, etc.. That’s dealership. I did not recommend giving business to by all calls. Go to any of the major city dealerships. If you’re in this area. Go between Fairfield Antioch, but do not use a bill at all costs.

I found a the perfect Z06 corvette I've been looking for online at Abel Chevrolet. I am from South Dakota and could not see it in person before making the purchase. Chris provided all the information in an honest and straightforward way to make the decision to buy it an easy one. My new Z06 arrived as represented and I could not be happier about how the transaction went from beginning to end. Thank you Chris and Abel Chevrolet for a great experience!

The best Chevy dealer around! The Service department was able to get my Silverado in for a transfer case issue the same day and had it diagnosed the next morning. In addition to the transfer case issue, which turned out to be a simple recalibration, they identified two other outstanding issues that I was already aware of and provided reasonable quotes on the repairs. Even though there are three other dealers closer to me, I will definitely be using Abel again.
