It is sad that the man inside your facility couldn’t come to ANY door, only telling me to ring the bell so that I could listen to the recording saying the lobby is open unless…
He was behind us pulling in, He had a key to the building. The windows were open and I kept saying I wanted to donate dog food BUT no answer. SOOO I have taken my 40#s and will donate them somewhere else.

Adopting there is not easy or cheap which should make it possible for only the serious and cut out bad actors. Too bad if you're serious but not rich. One officer was very nice, knowlegeable and kind the other was not. I adopted a beautiful little kitty and hope the others find homes too and soon! Always consider a shelter animal first! The animals make it a truly special event! PS at the time of this post they said they had 35 cats! That is a terrible commentary on the spay, neuter and keep cats indoors and cared for situation.

They are always really friendly and let you take as long as you want with the animals. The facility is really clean, animals all well cared for. They really do care about all the pets they get and want to give them the best chance at finding a happy home. I am always impressed when I go in there.

I was in this place for all of five minutes and it was a pretty bad experience. The guy at the front was confrontational and rude. I feel sorry for the animals (and people) that have to deal with that dude. I wouldn’t say don’t go here if your looking to adopt a pet, but I will say do not expect friendly service.

The lady that was supposed to be working was rude to my husband because we were confused why she decided to close the shelter early and wouldn't answer the phone for hours. Someone apparently hates their job.
