my worst visit ever here and how the case worker male Asian was so rude to me and made all the worker there look at me its so when he say to my face that I was a bad it so rude to embrace me there just because you have a degree in you job and title have to treat me rude and no manner all my before case worker been respectful to me and helpful but this case worker guy rude and entitled and never help why they keep these kind of rude worker say your a bad payee to bad at getting info for the worker

Horrible people on the window. they just want you to go away so they do not have to work. Today Window number 5 a guy working. i notice he is pointing finger on a customer and the older man was trying to explain their concern that guy did not care and said i do not know what you talking about. and completely ignored what the older man was trying to explain so he can get help i was side by him look i can understand his concern. pointing finger toward older people and being ruder and no helping attitude . this dude need to be fire and not working as customer service. so much attitude with no respect to older people. so sad. i felt like i want to pull out this basted from the window and make them respect them. lol so stupid and care people working on the window.

They still haven’t paid for disability, and the case was approved in APRIL. Literally what could possibly take this long? Should’ve been getting paid from the time we’ve been waiting since April for a check. How is it possible that I got my money before my mom got hers, when I’m not even the one who is disabled? A few hours of paperwork and writing a check? I guarantee with less than a week of training I could do better than whoever decided to lazily work here. Do I need to apply for a job just to get a check

They will not answer the phone or respond to mail. I've been trying to get an easy document from them to discharge my student loans. Worse customer service ever. So easy to just print it out and mail it to me, but they can't do that. So very disgusted with them.

Worst experience I ever had with them. You can't get in without an appointment, but you can't make an appointment when you constantly are getting a busy signal or continuously disconnected after waiting for over an hour (listening to their repeated recordings).

Sorry, incompetent people that don't like helping the public. If you are so frustrated with people quit or retire. That bully frustrated to identify himself. Was so rude and hung up on me. I'd give them a zero if I could. They put th e really phones off the lines. ... They keep loosing my Appeals. And ecuse me of mailing a plain piece of paper i sent it Certified Mail..

Yesterday I visited the SSA and only waited for 5 minutes outside and only waited 15 minutes inside before I was called. There I was met by Mrs. Vang who understood my problem and was able to prepare the paperwork I needed. Overall a very pleasant experience.
