I have been calling in regards my case spoke to several different case workers and all of them kept messing up my case, calling takes about 2+hrs JUST FOR THEM TO ANSWER…. They do not hire or train people good such a bad environment

Absolutely terrible service, I had went twice to figure out what was going on with my newborns medi-cal. I went at 8:30am in the morning and still didn't leave till 4:45pm (that is basically a whole work day). The worst part aside from that is after I submitted everything for my child, her account is still closed AFTER, I had already had an associate correct everything the first time I was there. Dora the associate that helped me was very patient and helpful but their whole system is just messed up because when I went in AGAIN, they just couldn't find my daughter's account ALL Together!!. AND I could never get a hold of anyone, now I'm struggling to get my daughter on my work insurance all because they can't provide me proof her case being closed. I followed up with Dora and she suggested that call to complain or come in to complain to the supervisor. No ANSWER, and they were going to have me wait for however long to speak to a supervisor.

Been calling for four days different social services phone numbers can't get through always the same stupid recording due to high volume calls. Call back later but later never comes. The phone system doesn't work should try something new unless that's plan for you want have to do your job. I start calling at 7:30 am exactly and still get recording due to high volume call and I seriously doubt they look at the reviews to improve their services.

Just today alone I have been on HOLD waiting to talk to someone for over 2 hours now!!! This is ridiculous and yes I’m still waiting because I only get one day off during the week to take care of things like having to update my son’s medi-cal information. Fresno county you need to do better!!!!

If I could give it zero I would. All I am trying to do is cancel my insurance but now I am forced to go in person and I am also trying to ask some questions about what I need to cancel so that when I go in person they don't send me away and in back at square one. Horrible horrible horrible!

Calling to get a replacement is taking FOREVER TO GET SOMEONE ON THE F"ING PHONE. "DUE TO NORMAL CALL VOLUME PLEASE CALL ANOTHER TIME" and then the MF hang up on you. Sooooo unprofessional. You want my feedback? Hurry the F UP with your calls then people won't be angry. Also, no need to repeat the office hours 4x geez.
