I tried reaching them by phone, but the call directed me straight to their website, which unfortunately isn't working at the moment. However, I've taken some pictures that should hopefully address most of your questions. They do accept both walk-ins and appointments. Very helpful and nice staff.

Time posted is definitely a lie. I even called ahead to confirm and now they are telling me they close at 4:30 for birth certificates. The 2 ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and incompetent. They either aren't getting paid enough or need a longer lunch break because they aren't teaching the younger crowd in the room to be amable and courteous towards walk-in guests. Other people that walked in before me got the same rude treatment. It's a disappointment to have this kind of staff in what is supposed to be a "service center" for our community.

Greetings.
This is a tale of extreme disappointment and frustration. We begin with my need to get my income taxes prepared. I called Centro Marivilla who were acting as the "organizer" for a Tax Clinic held on their site each Saturdays. I made the apportionment. To my disbelief and bewilderment Centro Marivilla scheduled me on a Saturday that was (dark) Closed! I called repeatedly that moring (no answer or recording explaining why it was closed) wondering, where was everyone, and was I in the wrong place? etc. There were no sign apologizing for the Error in scheduling to be found on the premises. It would have been so EASY to post a note...Tax clinic closed today 4/3/2021 please call to reschedule. I then could have left rather then waiting around for 45 minutes trying to figure things out. On the next Saturday I did return to be met by staff a member lets call her M. who was very dismissive and short with me. I asked the question... how are we to enter the lot in a fair and orderly manner if we have the same appointment time? She replied "there would be a person to check us in at the gate" so I waited respectfully as asked... while Three other cars who came after me drove in took parking spots at the front and I was still outside waiting, Disorganization as I predicated! Lastly, Centro Marivilla did leave 2 messages, that I didn't see (as I don't often check, I ask for text or email to be contact in general.) It NEVER occured that I would have to check voice mail because such a flagrant mistake could and or would be made, like sending me out to the site on a day that was closed yiks!) Lastly, because these messages were left for me, I felt there was an "attitude" of well too bad if you didn't get the message that's not our fault, We did "our part" sorry, tough luck buddy. Although those exact words warn't used that's exactly how it came across to my ears. What a unpleasant and jolting experience. Will Garcia

was the sweet lady helped us. She was so patient, kind, and of course SWEET!!! She explain everything clearly, answered all my friend's concern. Gave them proper options, guide them through step by step!! We felt we v already made a friend out of her!!!!!!
Her window was full of the pink heart stickers, her mouse pad was a pink heart. Her nail color was dark and glass frame was sky blue, and her voice and her smile was just beautiful.
It was such a pleasure to work with her!!!

Time is a lie. I get there 3:10 to get married with my fiancé they said they close the marriage at 3. Huh? 10 mins was too much to ask. Don't waste your time if you have transportation go else where but here. This office was designed for the people who live in that kinda of community
