It’s been a bumpy ride so far living in our community housing, but slowly and surely standards are improving. Kansas House will soon be a gated community, with the completion of the fence gate this year.

Edit: after reading some of the other reviews, i should let you know also that these new gates have high end interfaces with a high resolution camera above the touchscreen. Fancy, but necessary, considering the fact that *sometimes people who later commit crimes look for a place to live first* and yes, of course its up to everyone to be vigilant about this kind of behavior. Complaining on Google about the stereotypical but dangerous “drug users existing in my obviously recovery-oriented community” is as effective as saying Absolutely Nothing about it to anyone that can ACTUALLY help. Call freaking 911 if you experience a real life threatening problem. Google comments aren’t going to fix our community; if you feel management isn’t doing the right thing, literally if you live here, you have the right to say something to management.

This complex also has a small but cozy community space for the county and residents to engage in social activities and for community members to receive services (for example; recovery and support groups), for those receiving services through the county, BHRS, and/or Downtown Streets Team.

When you move into small living spaces like these, it can feel very limiting, but it also can be remarkably flexible with that consideration in mind… these are studios retrofitted from being a motel, but don’t judge a book by its cover, or judge a building by its layout or its tenants (former or current).

I have to commend them for the efforts made in general, for housing like this to be established, especially to assist community members in recovery and assist with other longstanding issues…

This place is a joke video survalance to mpd but nobody watching men giving Fetty to young girls then not being mad accounable for their actions i know if a dealer gives Fetty to a person and they die they can be in big trouble but because they don't want all the bad stuff getting out it's being swept under the rug shame on u there have been a lot of deaths there in 3 yrs i feel if u live there and u brake the law or give people fetty knowingly u should not be allowed to keep living there u should lose ur spot
