Stacey Inal is an absolutely hands-on, let’s roll up our sleeves LFMT who uses therapies that resonate w/me. I’ve seen her one-on-one & more recently, during a Zoom 3-day workshop. Dr. Stacey uses CBT, chunking overwhelming goals into smaller pieces, OG chatting around the kitchen table talk, but she’s no country bumpkin, cowgirls. Dr Stacey & I worked individually on trauma. I love that she has a sense of humor. In recent “Boundaries” series group Zoom, she demonstrates she’s an astonishingly effective organizer, super great motivator, always offers wise counsel.
