First year I sign my kid up for baseball, he came to me full of excitement and ready only to be labeled as a safety concern. I mentioned he has no experience, but instead of coaching him to try a little harder he doesn't get picked AT ALL!! And nobody bothers to tell me anything. He's autistic, yes a bit uncoordinated, yes socially awkward.. comes with the disability! So unprofessional.

I think it horrible when I have been trying to get my daughter on a team, yes it was after the season started but I asked the president if it was too late and he said no that he would look for a team for her and then doesn't return my emails. I have all the emails of the conversations and yet my daughter doesn't have a team. My son plays tball and there is no schedule for practices, we haven't practiced in about 2 1/2 weeks, no communication. And my nephew plays for majors and the rude coach tells my sister that he doesn't want my nephew on his team and that he would give her a refund because its all about winning. This is all true, we have the conversations. They are unorganized. Not everyone is like this. My sons coach is good and there are some nice people. The fields are nice and the place is clean, I just wish they were more organized and they cared about all the players and not just the great ones. My sister spoke to the president about how my nephew is being treated and all the president said was, 'its about winning and they only have to play him once on the field and once to bat even though he has made great progress. He has never played before now. Its no reason to treat him horribly to where he knows the coaches don't like him and don't want him. I will definitely go with a different league next season. Just my HONEST opinion.
