Ladeisha over at this organization is very knowledgeable and helpful. This organization really cares about the families in need and is willing to help them with their needs. The benefit they put on to try and get donations is very crucial for a family in need. Many successful families have come out of unfortunate circumstances because of donations and this organization. They answer the call to help those in need and don't put people on long waiting lists. They care about people and they will help.

I've been homeless for over a year! I called them for help when I was pregnant asking if they can help me with housing, they said they would but wouldn't help me until after I gave birth (so leave a pregnan mother on the street). I tried contacting them again after having baby but they don't answer phones or emails. Thank you for NOT caring about me or my homeless child.

Wow.. i am so thankful for this company. KIM & NANCY were able to help me when I was going through a very financial hardship. They saved me & my son from getting evicted & helped us get back on our feet..There’s endless companies who say things with broken promises but this company actually came through for me..Without Kim and Nancy myself and my son would probably be couch surfing. Kim was very informative through out the whole process and she even would call, text & email to give me updates, She was with me throughout the whole process which only took a few days. I will forever be grateful for this company.

They pay your rent for you for a couple months tell you they're going to ween you off until you're ready to pay on your own but all of a sudden after you've been only paying 200 a month they say next month paying of full amount from now on. Wow my case manager refused to see me because of my review. A lady who had short dark dyed hair with red eyes help me. She was so mad at me because of my review she didn't even want to hand me the last check they're helping me with. Seriously I need the CEO of this company to contact me because what they are doing is wrong they say one thing and do another and then they get mad at you for even talking about it sad sad sad especially when your case manager says they'll always be there for you but today was my last day to pick up my check my last check and she would have nothing to do with me.. I also have been out of work for 2 months in need of desperate food she said oh come in we have the pantry and I have gas cards for you still nothing they let me go with nothing just the check and they say they care. Im over it now, its sad that my case manager Alejandra took what I said here personal, being I thought she was a friend and said she would always be here. Christian? Sad, Im not perfect either!

This place is a scam! They promise to help but when it's time to assist with a deposit and alleged financial assistance for a homeless family with minor children, they say your case is closed because we didn't hear from you. How many homeless people do you know with a cell phone, computer, internet, money for transportation while carrying bags and sleep on bus benches. Shame on you Alejandra for your lies and lack of compassion for a homeless family with minor children knowing well that they have been homeless for over a year. How do you sleep at night? It's time your company is investigated for fraud. It is now my mission.
