Housing has not been updated in years. The grounds are mostly dead grass and old playground equipment. Apartments are very old and has not been updated since the 70s. If you need maintenance done they try to fix old, cheap appliances, but if a replacement is needed then they get the most inexpensive items they can. Unfortunately these require even more repairs more often. The people that live here seem nice and around us are respectful of their neighbors. Livermore Housing Authority has worked hard with Livermore Police Department to make it safe for families.

I was really treated bad in Livermore California. I was told by people i wasn't wanted here in Livermore and it was getting to black. I didn't worry about it so much until I was harass 19 month by this woman in 1110 in heritage park her name was Angela kim.,until they get rid of her and 4 others this place will never be quiet again at less normal. I will never come to Livermore California again ever. Everything was really POOR there.

Lived here several years ago, the management was a joke back then and from what I hear from friends it's a joke still. They recently got a nice check from the government which could help improve the homes. They bought street lamps. Which isn't bad but certainly wasn't necessary when peoples homes need improvement.

Thank you all for sharing. I won't consider this place one more minute! The photo tells alot! Its UGLY! You can tell its poorly managed. The fact that they dont have photos of anything else means its too disgusting to show. Shame on you housing authority & property management!

This place is terrible. The employees don’t care . I been looking to find a 3 bedroom for 3 years . There’s nothing here for rent.takes 2 weeks to get a response. Don’t never move to Livermore . They don’t give any phone calls . Everything is done by paper . ZERO STARS

Never talked to ANYBODY more rude than these people. You're better off looking for answers on Google. A simple question will tick them off and cause them to question your mental capability. I have no idea what the hell they are there for.
