Corte Madera is by far the slowest most over complicated and expensive city to deal with in Marin. Making the life of a contractor very difficult to get anything done. They won't even look at your plans until 15 days. Where is the oversight? Cost to apply for a permit or nearly double other cities. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are even worse than Tiburon.
