It is what is: a place for people with mental disabilities to socialize and pass time with other people like them. A lot of the people who come here are very ill and have limited social skills but God bless them at least they try. Free pizza on Tuesdays, parties, free coffee and free food occasionally. The County should be thanked for providing a place like this for the people who need it.
