If you are looking for baby supplies I highly recommend the high point location. I tried to donate multiple new items, diapers and food to the winston salem, but no one knew what to do, they took my number and let me know the next day but never called to take the donation. High point location took it without a hazle, they're really organized and kind. 🩷

The gym is disgustingly dirty. Dirt, dust and trash swept in all four corners. I saw a mouse run under the bleachers. Floor has spills of who knows what on them . Basketball backboards are disgusting. Sad to see what was once an excellent facility go downhill.

Great facility near downtown. Great classes for women, men and children, state-of-the art facilities, indoor running track and tons of 🏀 basketball courts. Everything is in excellent shape and clean. They also have an excellent indoor 🏊‍♂️ swimming pool for year-round exercise. Monday this location also has ♿ handicap accessible features including 🚻restrooms, workout equipment, and 🅿️ parking.

Long time member. Nice facilities & great pool. Friendly staff. Great membership price. Good family place. Great for kid birthday parties. Many class options for different ages & skills with engaging instructors. Frequent host of basketball & swim tournaments so can be overrun by visitors on weekends. Poor maintenance of gym equipment. Many aerobic machines dysfunctional in some way. Also quite cheap on taking away wipes for cleaning equipment. Parking lot break-in & theft not uncommon at night but no video surveillance.

No working drinking fountains. Water has been out since October 2023. Know you rent the space from Elevation Church. You are the tenant and you need to get the church to do their job and fix the water.

My husband and I joined a few months ago and love this gym! The classes are easy to get to and the gym is large enough that even with 20+ people in there, there is still plenty of room to move around. The pool is often crowded, but that is really our only complaint.

This is a very nice facility. It has everything you need to work out, regardless of your workout style. I took a hot yoga class that was a very good challenge. They have a pool, gyms, fitness equipment, community outreach, and more. It is too expensive for me to have a monthly membership, however. Also, I tried to attend a class listed on their online schedule, but it wasn't on their paper schedule and I soon discovered when no one else showed up that the class was not happening. It must not have made it off the website. So go by the paper schedule!
