I have been a part of sporting leagues for the last 30 years and this is one of the most unorganized leagues I have ever been a part of. Every year we sign our daughter up within the first week to assure she will be placed on a team. Last year we had an issue with our daughter's team not having a coach. We were told she might not be able to play because they did not have enough coaches. We were told if a parent did not volunteer to coach, she would not be able to play. Luckily, my wife and her friend stepped up and coached so all the kids on the team would be able to play.

This year, we never heard anything about what team our daughter was going to be placed on. We asked several times, but never got a timely response. We eventually heard from a representative who told us if we did not hear from a coach by a certain date to let them know. That date passed and we spent the next two weeks reaching out to several different emails for the organization but again never received a response. Our emails of trying to find out what team our daughter was playing on quickly turned into please refund our money and we will not participate this year.

After almost three weeks of trying to get a response, we finally heard back from someone. They informed us they would not refund our money and proceeded to blame it on the coach, who my guess is a volunteer coach who stepped up like we had to last year. To top it off, they lied and said they replied to our emails. We checked every email folder we have and no one from the organization EVER emailed us. When we called them out for lying to us, they simply did not respond again and never replied. Since they refused to refund us, we are now out of our registration fee and our daughter is unable to play.

After talking with other people about this league, it seems it is a consistent problem with communication and nobody ever responding. The organization is more than happy to take your money, knowing very well they do not have enough coaches for the teams, and plan on threating parents to volunteer to coach or their kids won't be able to play. Then when things go wrong, they will put all the blame on the volunteer coaches. All they care about is getting your money and not the children involved in the league who want to play. I would avoid this league at all costs, and we will now be driving further away to a league who actually communicates with their patrons.

Team was great. Parents were great. Board was full of idiots. Happy to never support this organization again and even happier to hear other parents/coaches are leaving as well. Focus on the kids…not your egos and weak “board titles”. Muah!!!!
