I think if you submit all your documents online before your appt, during your actual appt it shouldn't take some idiot 3 hrs to tell you your income surpasses their requirements. Isnt that something you'd think they would check first? Waste of time. Yes its important to have employees who do things by the book but somewhere in there common sense is important too.

Clean, well-lit but not too brightly lit, up-to-date, new water fountains that are cold and tasty instead of warm and metallic.
I came early on a Wednesday, I was number nine, and they saw me quickly. Everyone was friendly and very understanding.

This is a wonderful place to get the helping hand.
They have a lot of people who can get you to the information you need if you are broke and can not buy food go to your nearest welfare office and check in and apply for benefits. Don't be shy they are there for all of us that needs a helping hand please don't go hungry there is so many places to go get food and I myself have been this way. I'm just now getting back on my feet after my surgery I have one more hip replaced and then I hope that I can return to be able to work

There office is currently open, there practicing safe operations from outside to inside. Nice warm feeling for me walking in. Really great to see people's faces again I'll add! I'm new here so I can only give it 4* based on my experience. Also I like the fact there are other businesses in site like Peachtree and so forth

the lady with glasses and curly hair was rude af. she literally got mad cause she couldn’t find a paper i was trying to pick up. how’s that my fault? she also literally threw my papers at me. very very rude. she needs to learn some manners. so disrespectful

I didn't have to wait in line, only a handful of people were there it was about 1:00pm on a Friday. But the staff wasn't very helpful, I'm sorry to say. I wish I didn't have to go back.
