From clothes, household items, furniture... youthability has a wide variety of second hand items. With relatively good prices. Their dressing room is also a nice commodity that not all thrift stores have.

Called to see if they were accepting donations on the day I was wanting to take items in and I was told yes until 2pm. I got there with my items at 1:15pm and was told they weren't taking donations any longer. It didn't matter to them that I had just called and was told they were. A huge waste of my time. I will never donate to them again and the majority of my items were new with tags.

Horrible hours for delivery of donated items . I only have two days off a week and I'm out cannot accept my donations. I'm forced to fill up the landfill with my donations or park them on the curb as a free pile.

Very big location for Arcata, tons of clothes. I don't usually feel their prices are too high, and they do have a fair amount of sales. Furniture is always very well maintained and seems like it would be long lasting items.

Decent selection for nearly anything I am looking for, I usually am looking for craft stuff, clothing and jewelry. Nearly always end up with more than I was looking for!

dont waste your time! i asked to see a stack of video games and the lady couldnt even be bothered (there was no one else in store) to help me. it was too much for her to lift a finger and hand them to me. other wmployee i asked about a different item was useless also

I've always loved this thrift store! . I've been going there for the past decade, when it was "Angels of Hope". I'm so grateful to have known all sorts of people that have worked there that have gone to shop there. It's a wonderful environment for the youth to understand and learn hands on about marketing. And how it feels to be productive in the community and earn some money, and most of all a education off a lifetime! Everybody is so pleasant courteous helpful. I love the clothes I can't Get enough and the shoes are amazing. The most of all they are like a family to me they always have been and I'm so thankful for them being in my life.
