Worker has sessions with daughter almost weekly or twice a week. Apparently the daughter told the worker something happened two weeks ago; when it in fact happened maybe a year or two ago.

Worker didn't bother asking me/the parents about anything and went straight to "I have to report this to DSS". Not sure why anyone would welcome someone like this into their home. Experienced super unprofessional work by Erin.
She's pretty much going to DSS to tell them about a he say/ she say false situation, and doesn't care about facts from the parents that are here every single day.

Had to leave a voicemail with a lady by the name of Wendy. I would appreciate if the whole company would not come to my residence anymore. I have two kids here and I need to focus! Thank you!

I would absolutely not trust these people in my home for intensive therapy and they didn't take very well to me not wanting their services. They are not here to help. All they did was cause further unnecessary stress to my family.
