I wish I read the reviews prior to giving them my credit card. I never used the service and I only learned that the subscription was on auto renewal when I was researching an unauthorized charge. I contacted the company and they refused to refund the amount. The company does not warn you by email that the membership is set to auto renewal They must make money by scamming people. Very disappointing. There are too many issues with their deceptive billing practices to be legitimate. Please beware of this company.

They billed me in October by accident and said they would refund me because they had an issue and made an error. Dec 16th and I still didn't have a refund so I contacted them. I get a thank you email for renewing and then I am charged another $20. I email them and they say no that was a refund and not a charge and take it up with bank. I contact bank who says, they billed another $20 and didn't refund. So now I have to file a dispute. I also cancelled the membership and yet I have an email saying they are going to bill me December 31st. They refuse to respond to my emails. STAY AWAY!!

Be aware! I am also having billing and credit issues and am unable to cancel. They do NOT answer thier phone number and only send a generic emailreply stating they will be in touch....well no one has been in touch! I need to cancel my son's membership due to him turning 18 and aging out, they have the fee set up as auto pay so I will also be disputing with my bank and the BBB.

My Son no longer plays golf and we wanted to cancel his membership. After logging on to the website you have to verify your email before being able to access where you can do that. They send a verification code that never works and says not found so there is no way to cancel the auto pay for membership and phone calls are not answered. I was never able to login to my account or get a return phone call, but I did eventually find an email address and they did respond and resolve the membership cancelation.

Signed my son up and was excited about it. I have a receipt showing I paid and contacted MassGolf confirmed his membership but every time I try to log onto the app it says it can't validate. I have emailed several times and called several times. I can't get a response. Extremely frustrated.

My issue was finally resolved and responses better. The program is wonderful! My son loves that he can golf whenever he wants by taking advantage of the courses that participate

I bought 4 memberships this year for my little ones. All 7 years and. Younger. It was great because I could go play with them and not feel like i had to finish all 9 holes if they were getting tired. It is tough to beat $5 per round and feeling welcome when you come to a course with little ones. This initiative will make a difference in growing the game of golf for kids...so me and my friends will support and promote it for years to come.

Youth on Course is a terrific program that allows minors to play reasonably priced golf. The only problem I have with YOC is when one course in specific does not allow me to use YOC, after meeting all the requirements. This course is Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, MN. I have went to this course 3 times and every single time they have made up excuses as to why I cannot get charged the YOC rate. I have ended up losing more money than it is worth.
