Really stellar YMCA and most of the picture you’ll see are pretty old, before a recent renovation, which makes it all much nicer than I was expecting.

I travel a good amount for work out of town and with long stays in different cities I see a big range of equipment, decor, space, people - this is a great gym/fitness center.

Machines were easy to use - clean - and not at all crowded. So many to choose from too, so if the one you need is occupied, there are other options for similar muscle groups.

Group exercise rooms - stretching room - aerobic exercise room - anaerobic weight training room - and a squash court!!!

Highly recommend and the front desk individual on a Saturday AM was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean facility. Staff has been super and the pool is great for lap swimming.
A few months in... I've been going often and I would recommend it for anyone. It's kept up very well and the staff is friendly. I found some new friends here too. Great place.

Pros: The machines are new and have USB ports and fans on them. The are numerous treadmills and recumbent bikes to choose from. These are my favorite exercise machines. Plus they have additional different machines available for use.

Cons: You have to bring your own basketball for now, but that’s fine. Overall, it’s a great place to exercise.

I workout in the pool 3 days a week. I'm thrilled with the remodel, new steps and hand rails. I'm 72 and it really helps my arthritis!
The staff and life guards are kind and respectful. I have a walker, they hold the door to the pool open for me and are friendly. They don't seem to mind that I don't lap swim, I water walk, jog, do balance exercises. I appreciate all of you! Thank you.

Mary B’s Body pump at the downtown YMCA is truly the best class I have ever taken.
Not only is Mary’s knowledge, skill, commitment, and precision to the Les Mills program that keeps me motivated, it’s also her skill, and great enthusiasm. She takes great interest and care for every person in the room, making sure their position and composure is correct in order not to injure yourself.
She motivates you to work hard and makes the class fun at the same time…
