Beautiful hilltop location! Looks like a private country club. Everything is maintained well. Includes two indoor pools. They offer a variety of classes for adults and kids. I just worry that it will get crowded as people learn about it. But, right now it's perfect.

What an amazing facility! When I first heard of this project at the planning stage, I couldn't wait for it to be built. It's in the most supreme location, at Lindero Canyon and TO Blvd, with unbelievable views from....believe it or not...the PARKING lot. Yes, this place has views from everywhere. It's a premier place for the sports minded Westlake and Thousand Oaks residents to hang out. Nothing short of spectacular.

First of all I have to say between a few YMCAs I’ve seen this one is a better one.
The main complaint I have is they do not enforce the “Taking shower before entering to pool” rule. It seems like the older folks are coming to the pool instead of taking showers. Some even come inside the pool with Street shoes!!! Which is mind boggling!
The other complaint is there is a lot of mold in the showers specifically the bottom of the doors, and the handicapped shower’s faucet is broken for a while and no one cares.
These two items are repeatedly mentioned to the staff at the front desk but it seems like no one listens to them either!

Great fields, great playground for kids, baseball field, well kept soccer fields and a great view. The scenery and the well made buildings bring a modern yet classic feel. Plenty of parking for the whole family. I think it would be great if the volleyball courts had backstops for the balls that get hit in the parking lot constantly. Also the lighting on the volleyball courts needs to be improved for night time play. Other than that I would reccomend to anyone.

They employ dumb people at the front desk. The lady took my details 3 times for a lousy one day guest pass. Then she was forcing the member who came with me to stay at the facility at all times at the excuse of insurance purposes. Like if I'm going to swim and hs is going to jump in from the other side of the facility in the gym through the window to save me. These people are so pathetic that save yourself the trouble and go to the nearby LA fitness. LA fitness has better gym and a pool.

Love this place, just don’t like the hours of operation but still 5 out 5 place….. only thing that could make it better is to not have schools doing swim practice which takes away lanes from members but other than that all good.

This is for the Summer Camp at Willow review. Katie, Giselle and the rest of staff do an outstanding job of the LIt and camper program. I was hesitant as a few years ago was not the best experience and so glad we gave them another chance.
