Wonderful selection of gaming machines. I spent hours there and didn't see them all. Unfortunately, there is no alcohol service before 5pm (probably best for the community), but it's surprising if you don't know that beforehand. Also it feels a bit discriminating to be a smoker at this casino. The small room they provide for smoking has outdated slots and poor ventilation. If you're going to isolate that group of people at least put some fun games in there for them.

We went for the breakfast buffet, it was delicious 😋 I love how they always go the extra mile to decorate the casino this month it's for Chinese New Year, the Year of the Snake 👏 take that little extra time and explore the casino and take lot's of pictures! And have fun gambling a little pro tip. we were there at 8 a.m., and we had the whole place to ourselves it wasn't as busy as it gets in the afternoon/evening

HUGH CASINO. Had a quick meal prior to concert of DIANA ROSS. ALL cafes were busy with no walk in seating. Great oldie show. She still got it...her voice impeccable. LARGE concert theater. The parking lot on all levels was packed Valentine's Day.

You guys need to have a board meeting. Have you looked there is multiple one-star reviews on your page for a reason. The place is nice. The room is nice. Some of the food is OK but honestly, you guys are not paying out especially if we are blowing a lot of money meaning one day I will spend 5000 the next day 13,000 8000 is still no luck not good anymore and it’s ridiculous. Honestly, starting this year you will see less of me and a few of my friends also.

I'm just going to speak on the location and service. This location is only 30 mins away from me, so It's extremely convenient for the restaurants and bars available.

It's definitely a good vibe. The casino has a credit card to chip service. By a small budget, I was able to cash out easily after doubling it. the cashier was very helpful. Amazing service from the dealers and servers.

I invited my brother and his wife from Chicago to visit for 2 days. We had an amazing time.

I didn't stay at the hotel- I can't comment on that.

I went to Yaamava because of the great reviews about guest service Jasmine G. However, I found out there are multiple Jasmines. The one I was looking for is On Graves. Luckily, I met Alan, a friendly staff member wearing a pink jacket, who took me to her. She provides exceptional service, making your experience special. She's very helpful and funny. When I complimented her hair, she shared that it's a wig from Amazon, costing only 20 bucks .You've hired an excellent staff member. She's attentive and will check in with you if she passes by. She's a doll!

A friend of mine talked me into going early for the gift today and I got there at 7:00am. She was upstairs and I was downstairs. I waited by the kiosk at the Enclave to swipe my card and when it was 8:00am I saw that my offer wasn’t available on the kiosk but it was showing on my promotions so I went to the line that had already formed at the Aces Serrano club desk and waited patiently. The man that was supposed to be helping me had an attitude from the beginning. Instead of helping me outright after explaining the whole trouble I went through he sends me back to the kiosk. I then retrieved my ticket and I assumed that I could go directly back to the same person which I did. A woman who was next in line made a big scene and was instigating to the others that I had cut in line after poking me on the shoulder. I was afraid that she was going to try and hit me or something and I told the man, “aren’t you going to explain to her why I’m here?” and he shook his head and helped her instead, knowing all that had occurred. He didn’t care about helping me neither did he care about de-escalating the situation or even call security. I went directly to one of the workers who ended up bringing me my gift. I should never fear for my safety playing here. Some people behave like vicious animals over a material possession. No class, no respect, and no boundaries. She should never have touched me and I should have reported her to security and the employee who mistreated me is a coward and a very disrespectful person. I don’t know that I want to go back there.

It is a decent casino in the small town of San Manuel in San Bernardino. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee that this Casino serves its customers. They have about quite a few table games. This Casino certainly gives its customers many options for table games. Give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy it.
