Rachel is awful. Picks and chooses clients based on how much she likes the caregiver. Decided she didn't like me and ignored my follow-up email after my mom's first day. Funny thing is they really liked her, and I didn't say or do anything offensive but noticed Rachel's attitude towards me was unfavorable when I was picking up my mom. They say that you can leave your loved one there until 5:00 but they decided to call me at 4:00 and told me to come get her then. Like I'm not already exhausted.

Elevator doesn't work at the facility, so you have to press the down button to go up and it takes forever. You're required to park in the underground parking lot, go up two floors, walk down a long hallway to pick up your loved one or your client. You can't just drive up and pick them up because the place is literally surrounded by homeless people and next door to a homeless center. Stay away from this particular place, in my opinion it's better to go to OPICA which isn't too far away. Easier pickup and more friendly, professional people.

Wise & Healthy Aging did wonders with my mother. All of the staff is very supportive to every care giver. The activities that stimulate the seniors were very beneficial to my mother. Thank you Wise & Healthy for all the work and LOVE that you have given to my mother!!!

Before the COVID hit, there used to be different membership rates for membership “levels”. Recently this Senior Center NOW charges everyone the same ONE fee for everybody like Culver City & WLA.

#great place! #clean, pleasant, & welcoming environment! #great senior coach! Spent an entire day at the center, and participated in most of the activities, which I strongly believe the seniors needed to keep their minds active, and to feel worthy. Activities were geared toward the holistic being. I had a super time, and would definitely revisit. Keep up the great work!

He was understanding of the situation, very knowledgeable of Senior rights, and an excellent advocate. His willingness to help us is greatly appreciated.

ALL LIES NOTHING BUT FALSE REASSURANCE. Transfer and discharge rights of a patient. Guess what? Serrano south convalescent hospital refused patient readmission within 8 day bed hold . Fall in the activity room. Burns on cheeks. kidney failure as a result direct result of neglect and abuse!!!!! CA DEPT OF PBLIC HEALTH SO CORRUPT! Where's the citation that will be issued to serrano south because Dept public health holds a notion that the Dept cannot force the facility Los Angeles superior judges! What a a marriage. People IN Position protects each other instead of protecting the public. Who is going to protect us now. Governor Brown, I voted for you so please these major Departments Needs CLEAN UP

2 days, they didn't call me back, so I went in. Lots of services for Santa Monica residents. Not so much for us WLA guys. Would not help me. Told they would call.
