I love my workouts at the WAC North Shore! The smiling faces help me get through even the earliest of morning workouts. The equipment is top notch, clean, and functional. I love that I have a one stop shop for my wellness and fitness needs. Special shout out to Robbie, Ryan and Charles for making this a truly special place in the North Shore area!

I had a great deep tissue massage from Patrick Rafalski today. Super clean club and dressing rooms and inviting facility with coffee in the lobby you can get smoothies too. The choice of equipment is excellent. Abby was the personal trainer I worked with for my fit sessions and she geared our sessions to my needs and communication was clear and helpful. She knows the equipment and all its uses. Well done WAC Ryan is great at the front desk and smoothie bar so welcoming and terrific customer service.

As someone who goes to multiple WACs very frequently, this location is by far the worst. It’s not the biggest deal but they are the only WAC that requires you to give them a card or keys in order to get a locker. I could understand if this was a company wide policy that every location follows, but it’s not. This is the only location that does this. Every time i’m met with attitude from their employees when I forget (because every other location does not require this). Honestly it just makes me avoid this location as often as I can.

Injuries reason, additional showers with seat/hand bars! Women’s Sauna was down today 1/10. Please keep us updated! Thank you. (Called 1/12 to check. The young man said the sauna should be back up since no one complained.)

The staff is very cordial and helpful without giving unsolicited advice. The members are generally pleasant and considerate. The equipment very much meets my workout preferences, and members usually are accommodating if it is obvious that I am waiting for a machine. Recently, I was improperly using one of the new machines, and getting back aches from it. At my request, staff member Meredith showed me how to properly use the machine, and she prevented more back aches. Now, I just need to stay off the damn cheese popcorn.

Decent gym. Horrible use of space with too much dedicated to cardio. If you like lifting weights, you’re gonna have a bad time. Too many people of the amount of equipment

Love WAC and this location! I only left due to a cross state move. I never had issues with staff or having to wait a long time for equipment (I went during the 7am crowd) I would highly recommend. It is worth the monthly price

Absolutely love this location. I don't live in Wisconsin full-time but every time I get a work assignment in Milwaukee I make sure to get the week membership. So clean, so easy, tons of equipment and even a sauna. Hallelujah!
