Everyone was very pleasant and proficient. I signed up for the appointment through a link that promised a $15 Amazon card if donation was made April 1-13. My appointment was on the 5th and now four days later, no gift card. I don’t give for the gift, so I won’t call to complain about it, you can only call, emails are not accepted, but I have found this organization does not follow through on comments and requests. I have repeatedly told them about the lack of blankets for platelet donation and they haven’t done a thing about it. I think donating blood and platelets are crucial to help those in need and will continue, however, I wish they would run the organization better. They would get more donations.

They are completely incompetent. Sat there filling out paperwork and waiting for an hour only to have the nurse botch the draw on one arm. She wanted to try the other but then said she couldn’t cause the computer wouldn’t let her rest. Gave up that easy. Tried to make another appointment but couldn’t cause they marked the draw as completed. Talked to 4 different people on the phone trying. To make an appointment and none of them could fix the problem but they will call me constantly talking about they are in a blood shortage asking me to donate borderline harassment status. But then if I call trying to donate no one can get anything right.

Nurses were friendly and professional. Process was quick, easy, and painless. Nurses were all around if you had questions or needs during the process. Great place to give blood, and if you can donate you should!

My experience was good. I had a rapidpass and still didn't get in and out very quickly because they were short staffed, but I understand. They just had a lot of walk in donors before I got there.
