When I asked for a therapist. I was given the run around. And I asked several times. I got a strange look. The receptionist said it's a policy to not answer questions. Sorry we are not robots. But beyond that. I was never advised to see one from the mental health worker. Not once. I just think all he cares about is just me having a job and paying out the system. That's easy advice isn't it? Why not ask me about what I go through in life?

Of course they can turn that around and say I have a mental heath problem because I believe that.

I don't want an automated response. At least they stopped sending me junk mail.

I realize humans are not perfect. But I had like 10 to 20 sessions. And he never asked me anything about my past life.

Update: IF you don't believe me. Just try calling them yourself. I did multiple times. I get robots, live menus, wait times, and transfers.

The case workers at Winnebago Human Services are extremely helpful. They also have events that they invite clients to which is nice during the Holidays. The workers I've worked with have been understanding of points where I was unwell.

First time here, I had to turn in some papers for badgercare. As i walked in, one of the workers did great me, which was nice. She asked what i needed help with, and i told her, "i think i am looking for wic or Badgercare?" She said quickly,"2nd floor. " As i walked to the elevators, i was reading around and noticed that Badgercare is on the first floor...and WIC is the 2nd. I turned back and went to that lady and told her, "i am looking for BADGERCARE." she helped me. She didn't seem to know much when i asked her questions.

It was like she didn't want to say anything, but it is part of her probably having to always deal with rude people. But she was at least nice 🤷🏻‍♀️

The office staff seem patient and helpful from my experiences. I know they deal with some pretty hard to handle people on the daily so props to them. The Dr's have all been great. They listen, take their time and do their job with every patient. I definitely recommend this place.

Corrupt public servants work here, they are not here to help the community they are here to discriminate against you and your disability though. This is the place I want to sue. Public servants are supposed to work for the public not act like tyrants. Tyrant are in this building corrupt lying tyrants.
