Dealing with the Winchester HOA has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment we moved into the neighborhood, I've experienced nothing but hostility (peeps who live there, know what I'm talking about and they also know who I'm talking about... other reviewers of this HOA mention them... read other reviews).

The management (who by the way has NO vote at the design review meetings) is not only uninviting but also seems to thrive on enforcing rules that make no sense. They create a toxic environment that discourages community involvement and fosters tension among residents.

The Board (that's supposed to oversee things)... is clueless and doesn't seem to follow the current trends of architectural design (none of them know what they are talking about, and none of them have a degree or deep understanding of ARCHITECTURE... the only person who is close to understanding what I'm talking about is their advisor, whom they brought on board simply because they have NO clue).

Instead of promoting unity, the HOA spends more time nitpicking over trivial matters, ignoring any constructive feedback, and making residents feel unwelcome. If you're looking for a supportive and friendly neighborhood, Winchester is definitely NOT the place. This HOA has taken the joy out of living here.

If you want to enjoy where you live... AVOID THIS HOA at all costs!

The Management Trust has placed top notch staff at the WCA location especially Vicky Langer and Tammie Thomas. I find the WCA staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and all around terrific! They routinely go above and beyond the call of their positions. Great job ladies!
