I am writhing as I am at the property it will be hard to leave:) just had a lovely Christmas dinner with staff that are great people and fun! Great place to camp or stay in a room- they have small rooms just right for two people. I didn't stay much in my room due to exploring the land. There is an amazing view from many angles. The fog lifting the sun poking between the trees. There us a pool for summer hot nights and a hot tub. You can cook yourself a meal or you can explore the local places such as grill garden , Russian restaurant #1 , cafe aquatica , taco truck , pats diner . Or visit Armstrong state or peewee mini golf or just enjoy the property you can hike here as well. The views are stunning.good people , good views , amazing land out of the city buzzing into a mature retreat ah... Visit and enjoy.

It's like shangri-la.. really spiritually evolved folks run the place, so warm and quiet. It sits atop a mountain and includes all the scenic land around it. In Summer, sleep beneath the giant redwoods, and eat truly awesome food which is especially nutritious, and great deserts. Different groups have events there, like naked yoga types are especially at home. The pool isn't warm enough most of the time to swim except late Summer - but the hot tub is always soothing with special low chlorine salt something (doesn't make you eyes red). No TV, but watching the sunset from the Point is soothing. Everyone is your friend. If there is no moon - you can see the Milky Way. They're not big on drinking there.. but on occasion Barefoot Wines does a wine tasting. Quite a mishmash come together to forge community, and most folks who come, return - and return, and even interred in the memorial grove. Pianos, big spaces for dance, a yurt, and many trails down to East Austin Creek. Best kept secret in Sonoma County. up-tick in price lately, used to be dirt cheap. Primarily LGBT when not rented out, though not too obviously.

It's a retreat center, high up in the mountains, surrounded by the red wood forrest and only a two hour drive north of San Francisco. Rent out the entire place for yoga, spiritual groups, weddings, celebrations, parties, corporate events, and anything you can imagine. There's a great chef that cooks for your three meals a day. The center can accommodates 62 people as overnight guest and can house 150 people for wedding receptions and celebrations.
