I have been here once in 2023 and they were very disrespectful the lady acted like she was better than me😤 and I was trash beneath her feet I was offended and said I would never go back but everyone his hard times and I reached out again yesterday and today by phone I left multiple different messages asking for help with food clothes and hopefully cat food 'because I take care of 17 stray cats that nobody wants' because that's all their phone system will let you do only to get left in silence for a return phone call before closing on both days very disappointed😠

The Hem of his garment I take that very literal you're supposed to be holding on to the Hem of his garment and non-judgmental because he is not a judgmental God you have people that come there and BMWs and Cadillacs and you're not judgemental to them but that's okay because I can probably get some better food somewhere else thanks for letting me in mind loved ones go hungry for the past 2 days

While they do great work in the community is undeniable the fact is that the process they put you through is humiliating. My own experience with them left me crying and completely debased even though they did give me the help I so badly needed. I felt like I was being ganged up on, interrogated and bullied. Instead of feeling the warmth of God's Love when I left there all I felt was shamed and ran out of there with head hung low and my tail between my legs.
