It’s so much I want to say about Westminster Terrance . I took my client there and it has been great for him and me. It was difficult for me because he is not my family member and I wanted to make sure I was giving him the best that he could afford. We have encounter several difficult situations none the fault of the facility. But Sofia and Ashanti has been there always willing and able to solve the situation with professionalism and compassion. The staff always greet you with a welcoming smile and my client love the food. I see why they have received several awards for being one of the best in Orange County.

I live at Westminster Terrace for over a year. The two cleaning ladies both stole from me and others. Some caregivers steal also.Theft is on high alert. Carpets 2nd world country filthy. Dining they serve you with plastic utensils and styrofoam cups and plates. Residents are extremely unhappy with the administration. Also low on caretakers, can take a half an hour for help. Maybe if this 4th class place would hire enough caregivers. The owner only cares about the money. There are human beings in there sir.

As some of you may know I have researched many healthcare facilities across the greater California area, and I am wowed by this facility, check out the beauty of the property and the amenities in this building, (it makes you want to get old n live there already) and the food is said to be gourmet, never mind the care itself which they are known for providing, overall i give this facility 5 out of 5 stars ! Go tour this place it's worth it !

I appreciate everything that Westminster Terrace is doing for my grandmother. We only sent her here 6 weeks ago and already we see an improvement in her overall health. The staff is incredible in their care. The building is welcoming and their activities were top notch. After visiting multiple assisted living facilities, this was our number one pick. I'm happy that grandma is able to spend her last year here. Thank you Westminster Terrace for everything!

This review could not be easier to write, Westminster Terrace has been amazing. 9 years ago we had to make a difficult decision, we had to find mom a place to live, somewhere that she felt welcome & safe, & somewhere we could trust to be patient, kind & understanding. This wasn't something we were going to rush into so we took our time, & for 5 months we scheduled visit after visit with assisted living facilities around Orange County, some were nicer than others, some more expensive than others, but none more welcoming than Westminster Terrace. I know first hand what a tough call this can be, balancing care for a loved one & a budget, unfortunately for us & many others it comes down to "how much care can I get for this much money?" & that's what you're stuck with. I can tell you that Westminster Terrace has far exceeded our expectations, & I could easily write several paragraphs on the staff alone, but I will keep this short, we sleep better every night knowing mom is getting great care at a place that has shown us nothing but love from day one, & for that we will forever be grateful.

I visit Westminster Terrace Senior Living weekly with my therapy dog Zorro! We are always greeted with a wonderful and caring staff. It is a joy to visit with the residents and see such happy smiles. I thank the staff for making this all possible!

My father has been a resident in the Westminster Terrace community for over a year. The location, room design, cost of living, and the staff were very important when we selected his new home. I know most of the staff by name and they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, they kept me up to date on any issues or CA rules that would affect my dad. He was kept safe and we were excited when the dining room opened again for all residents. My dad has made quite a few friends at Westminster Terrace. It feels like a family community since the staff and residents look out for each other. I have a little less stress in my life knowing my dad has a great home at Westminster Terrace.

My Mom has been at WT for over 2 years and she loves it! She absolutely did not want to go into an Assisted Living facility at first, but realized it was necessary. Within a few weeks she was really happy here!

Everyone from Admissions staff to caregivers, reception staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping, med techs and maintenance are wonderful, professional, and take the time to actually develop a relationship with the residents.

As the daughter of a Resident, I am beyond grateful!!!
