Western Wake Crisis Ministry is a blessing for our community. They helped me during my time of need and every single staff member I spoke with was polite, caring and compassionate.

Their staff returned my calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and there was no attempt to push their religious views on me at any point.

They followed through to the end and actually came through with the support they pledged. I don't have the words to communicate just how kind they were during my crisis. I would give them a million stars if I could.

This isn’t exactly a problem with the building itself, but the entry point to the complex where it is housed can be tricky to see. (I would recommend adding in a tall sign to the entrance of the complex.)

Be careful upon approach. There is also a major hill located on one side of the bridge, so be mindful of your car’s horsepower.

The facility is well-stocked, the employees are helpful, and their cause is a just one.
