I had seen Our Neighbors and Friends club house for years when driving through the neighborhood, but never seen the inside. I was giving my husband a 65th birthday party and needed a place so I made appointment to see this venue. It had so much character being built in the late 1800’s/ early 1900s. It had a small stage, sound equipment, microphone, projector and screen. A full kitchen, good size for room for tables and a side room where we set up a photo booth. The lighting was perfect! We had a 12 tables and chairs for our 60 guests, and a small room that was next to the kitchen, where we set up a two tables with the food and drinks. Everyone was asking how I found out about this place. It was perfect and I think reasonably priced. We had to have a security guard and he was very pleasant and helpful as he directed my husband how to come up the back ramp and into the building and then we all yelled surprise, and sang happy birthday!
Parking is easy as the venue has an agreement with union school district to be able to use their parking lot. I couldn’t have picked a better place and I highly recommend anyone to use this amazing clubhouse for your event.

Attended a workshop at this building. Very quaint and perfect for the event. Spacious and comfortable. Easy to find. Parking is mainly limited to street parking on the east side of Union Ave.
