Walworth County Food & Diaper Bank is a distribution operation for those in need of the essentials for themselves and their families. There are many families in the area who depend on this organization. Many volunteers , donors, and employees make it all run smoothly, efficiently. It's an amazing operation.

The Volunteer group is quite large and dedicated. Companies and individuals who donate are very generous. The facility doesn't look that large on the outside, but inside, it's a complicated beehive of rooms and activities. I volunteer here and love it. It's fulfilling and never boring. You can work short shifts or long shifts. Lots of schedule flexibility.

Wonderful people, helping families in need. If you ever need the extra help I recommend going but arrive early on Tuesdays and Thursday, as the line fills up fast.

You're absolutely fantastic I love the people that volunteer there my only complaint is their hours keep changing every few months and now the hours are so bad it's hard for us to even get there while they're open.

I have been going to this food pantry since November 2020 and everyone that works and volunteers there have been really nice people, friendly, polite, and very helpful specially with the seniors🙂I have no complaints at all, but on Friday March 31th I got there a little late because I had a doctor's appointment and like I always do I registered and let the ladie know that we get 2 seniors boxes and my husband usually stay in the van and I go in and when we went to the back to pickup the food there was a box missing, so I let the elder gentleman know and he went and got it for us, but as he was coming this ladies that is there now stop him and didn't let him give it to us and she asked me and I let her know that we always get 2 seniors boxes, she said no I only get one and I let her know again, so she left and took a while came back told me the same thing and again is like she thought I was lying!!then she goes back, come back and said my husband has to go in and register, she knew I was not happy, so she said that's if you want the box!
I had just came from a doctor's appointment because I been sick for a while and I just said just forget it and we left, which I'm pretty sure she didn't mind at all! I don't think she should have been so rude, she could had told me next time your husband needs to go in and register! she has a very bad attitude and should have a little consideration for people, and if she doesn't like being there, then she shouldn't be and don't acted like if the help comes directly from her..I just think that she should be a little nicer and have better attitude towards other..she was really the only person there that behaved like that..I really don't know if I want to go back to get food anymore if there's going to be people like This ☹️other than that everyone else are very nice people! I don't mean to offend anyone with my post😔 ty and God bless you all 🙏

Very helpful nice courteous friendly staff. I really appreciate the much needed food and also helping to provide for our family dog Shayna she says thank you also for helping with her needs treats supplies and food. Were so grateful and our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. Happy holidays!
