The owner/coach just made a speech at Walkertown Elementary about signing up. We went to the website and it doesn’t work. No phone number, email, nothing on the flyer other than the link to a nonexistent website. Looking on Google I found an old website and the phone number listed isn’t in service anymore. Not sure how they expect people to sign up! Kind of bad for business if you ask me.

Great place first time there for my stepson. But I enjoyed watching the smaller kids before his team got there

Fields are nice and volunteer staff has always been friendly. Concession stand has plenty of options with reasonable prices. Bathrooms are clean. Fields don’t have lights so some of our games have had to be called early due to darkness.

The fields are nice but that's about where the positives end.

Our team were visitors at Walkertown two weekends in a row. BOTH weekends the ump (same ump) called the game prematurely. Like, the players didn't get to finish the games because he decided he was "done." First weekend he called mercy rule after 3 innings. He was obviously in a hurry to get home after only one hour. The second weekend he called a very close game in the 6th because one of the coaches tried to correct him on a little league rule. He very pridefully boasted that he umps high school and college all the time. Coach said he understood that, but little league has a different rule. If he didn't like the coach helping, he could have ejected the coach, but instead he ended the game which only punished the players. Again, he walked off the field like he had somewhere better to be. Our team plays there AGAIN, and we surely hope to not have the same ump.

Also, there was nothing on their Facebook page or website about not allowing pets. So we brought our new puppy who couldn't be left alone for four hours. We were over by the woods not near anyone and ours was the only game, so one of Walkertown parents must have complained about our little pup. The guy at the concession stand told me I couldn't have my dog there. I apologized and let him know we had never been there before and were visiting from 35 minutes away so I couldn't take him home. I'd just hold him in my lap for the game (he was going to sleep the whole time anyway). Not good enough. He needed to be taken to the car. I politely told him on an 80something degree day that was not happening! So it was told to me that he would need to stay in their boardroom hallway. Weird to take the dog without any information being made available to visitors before they arrive. There were scratches all over the floor, so it was obvious my dog wasn't the first one put in there (the guy said "we have to put dogs in there all the time"). So post something on FB or website about pets. Needless to say, our team is not looking forward to playing there again in a couple weeks.

There are more than 3 fields, well kept, plenty of parking. There are accessible restrooms, a drink machine, concession stand

Small home town feel & great people. Food Concession stand is solid, they don't try to gip ya like some. Good League
