I don’t know what these negative reviews are about! I have used this location for 26 years and I have never had an experience that would make me want to leave. Their pharmacy is great, and the app and express pay make it even more convenient. Their photo department is fast and accurate, including specialty items such as canvases and the like. I am always treated with respect. I could go across the street to their competitor, but there’s just NO reason!

Never have I ever left a review for any businesses until today. I see why Walmart is taking your money, employees need to be trained on how to be professionally with their customers. It's not my fault your lunch is only 30 minutes.

I am out of my meds as of yesterday! Now I have to wait till Monday to pick them up because this store just closes whenever the heck they feel like it! I think I’ll be switching pharmacies! Walgreens just isn’t very dependable these days! I sure hope my health doesn’t decline before they even get subscriber approval! I put in the refill request for these THURSDAY!!!! Grrrr I’m done with Walgreens!!!

I don’t recommend Walgreens to anyone. It’s gone downhill at a substantial rate. They use to be 24/7 store. Not anymore. Needed something in an emergency and no store is open that sells wound closure kits. Pharmacy should also get negative stars. They close early randomly all the time, like 3 pm early! People NEED their medicines! Pharmacist said he would type up my script before he left and LIED. How incredibly incompetent and lazy. I couldn’t even transfer it to an open Walgreens. I had to have my doc call it into CVS, which is where I will go from now on. I called and waited on hold for FOURTY MINUTES to update insurance info while I could, so I wouldn’t have to wait when in a hurry to pick them up. After waiting 40 whole minutes on hold, The woman said, “you can just come in and do that when you pick them up” and I told her, “I would like to do it now please” and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! HUNG UP!!!!!! So unprofessional and disgusting behavior

I refuse to shop in a store I can not use the woman’s facilities! It’s a health violation. Also the cleaning person. With piercings on her nose red bleached hair said she was the manager! Walgreens has gone down the tubes!!

Waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes when three people are back here. Walking back and forth. Nobody in line in the front. It's no wonder that everybody switching to Walmart and leaving this Walgreens this Walgreens and terrible service.

Awful store, they make up their own return policy because they are a "high theft store." Meaning even if you have the receipt, the original payment method, AND their return policy says you can return it, Tracy can say no and well you are just out of luck if you bought the wrong thing on accident.

This pharmacy is never open! Once I understand, twice maybe, but this pharmacy is closed more than it's open. Today, once again we went to pick up a prescription
and of course closed. It isn't a holiday, just a normal Monday and they closed 6 hours early at 4:00 PM. The app shows it's open for business as usual. When you speak to the Manager they tell you they don't handle complaints at the store, only corporate does. This place is a joke do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
