The lady in charge of the mortgage assistant program was very rude very unhelpful very slow very mean I honestly don’t understand how somebody with such terrible customer service skills has a position like hers. Wacog is not here to help anyone they are an organization that provides false hope and drags out timelines just to not follow through with anything!

absolutely terrible organization, terrible ation there is no humanity no compassion no care. Everybody is rude and uncaring. Nobody answers the phones. They dragged me along for weeks just to tell me I don’t meet the income qualifications when if they disclose that in the beginning, it would’ve saved me two months of my time, don’t waste your time with people who don’t care about you or your situation!!!

Front desk was great then she got me connected to a mean sounding woman over the phone. The tone of your voice was unkind, uncaring, rude & unhelpful. You should go to hell.

I'm very grateful and even thank God and the good hearted people who made this program possible to keep me and my family from devastating facts of life,I can say WACOG was a life saver,but this time my crisis is aminant a well played scheme has conspired in my crisis,from misappropriated funds being mishandled,now to me at my last resort, hanging my head losing the feeling of pride I been working everyday day for,just cause we all live in homes at this moment, where renters or victims to profits and there empathy for women and children or men with families is none existed,it saddened me to see the tentacles reached past my prayers,please if not me help other families falling victim to these evil tactics,I didn't see it coming tell it was to late. Denied my dad MOW because he goes to CA for Chemo a few days a month. He is at risk and needs to eat but they said no because he is not in AZ everyday. They are not here to help and should be ashamed of themselves.

The problem is they hire personal allergic to pets and when they come to your house for an interview you have lock up your pets. They claim the pets might attack them which I understand but they still don`t need to go to that extreme. They do have good services in regards to needs.
