The services provided here are amazing they have meetings , personal trainer giving fitness classes , music therapy, meetings etc . Art therapy !! Overall very great services but on other the other hand majority of staff members not all but for the most part don't care for you and are very careless and dont do their jobs correctly often siding and having preferences for some of the clients . Also to get a bed I struggled soo much and was even removed of the list because " I had detoxed on my own" when I had smoked the same day of calling in . They should make sure of who they hire and that theyre people who have the best of interest for us clients and , and want to do their job correctly .

I'm a graduate of this program and since I know that my experience is what I make it. I did not get involved with the crowds that were getting kicked out due to getting high or fighting because I wanted to stay clean and was tired of that life. So the choice was mine. I appreciated the staff and made a friend till this day from that experience. Due to staff signing me up for college while I was a resident , I am now working in the field after graduating college.

Website does not have info///Reception/Intake not on same page answering the following questions:
PHONES: Several hours of personal phone time permitted only for long-term - no phones in detox.
STAFF: Mostly Care. They (mostly) do not use discretion to abuse clients according to individual and absurd standards.
FOOD 1: Outside food not allowed in intake. Soda/Snack Vending machines available = Bring Cash.
FOOD 2: Meals are not locked into a weekly/daily routine, they do entertain variation, however: Breakfasts are sugary though do include fruit; Vegetarian Diets, Breads and Pastas are made from refined white wheat flour; Salad is always available alongside dinner.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Small Gym available - Mostly weight lifting. Often Crowded/Limited equipment.
ASPRIN/ACETAMEN./IBUPROF.: Headaches, Recovering from workout, you're more likely to access any over the counter pain meds if they're in your property.
TOWELS: Reception says they allow you to bring one, Intake does not allow your towels no matter how tiny theirs are.
LAUNDRY: 2 days a week, 1st come 1st serve, detergent is provided.
CAFFEINE: Certain times of the day, limited lightweight coffee's available for free. It's recommended clients bring Sealed Coffee, (Unopened)Tea (Bags), Sealed Dry Coffee Creamer, and/or Individual or Sealed powder beverages.
CIGARETTES: If you cigg = 9 scheduled group smoke breaks = Half-pack/day = bring ciggs/cash (other clients often provide low-brands @ cost)
CLIENTS: If you like people sometimes you will find FRIENDS

Compared to most treatment centers this place is awesome. You won’t get along with all the staff but I found Vince and Don (Sarge) to always be respectful and helpful. Thank you again

I took my son there for detox and rehab. And All of his belongings and I'd were stolen within the first 3 days. Very discriminatory ! I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

They need to keep the professionalism, and review who they hiring because even the females worker/intern have sex with the males from the program, like that's sick... There are tough and great counselors, but why y'all have these other female workers/intern accessing people that needed help... This is just recent too during the end of February 2019, 2weeks from today, a female intern invited a male intake from the program to have sex, and the program is only up to 3months max, the intern is just as sick as the intake... They looking for help while this stupid lady intern is there looking in desperation because she keep track of her check up disease paper for the men she takes to get laid with, like come on now, if that's normal then that's been ongoing around... Unless she been sick before being an intern here... Now this intake sitting with more regrettion on top of their confusion they went in to get help with... Oh fyi, drug and alcohol still can be acessable there, there be good security but maybe cameras are needed around but it's just up for individual to not fall for the substances...
