Although it's a roof over our heads that gives us an opportunity to save money which I am thankful for, a lot of the staff is rude and they don't seem to follow their own policies which isn't fair. They pick and choose favorites and allow some residents to get away with breaking policies while others are watched like a hawk. I don't find it fair. I can't even have my small dog which is my emotional support animal but see a lot of other residents with dogs. I was even told if I "press the issue" with that, I could possibly be terminated from the program. If I had any other choices,I would not be here. I treat everyone with respect because it's how I was brought up but seem to be disrespected by certain staff. I don't appreciate it. UPDATE 10/19/2023: YOU ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE ON ANY KINDS OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, WELL I HAVE SEEN EMPTY ALCOHOL BOTTLES JUST OUTSIDE OF THE FENCE, CONSTANTLY SMELL MARIJUANA AROUND THE COMPLEX. THIS MAKES IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR ME BECAUSE I AM A FORMER MARIJUANA USER MYSELF! IVE BEEN CLEAN SINCE I GOT HERE 6 MONTHS AGO AND ITS JUST NOT FAIR THAT PEOPLE JUST SLIDE BY, BREAKING THOSE KINDS OF RULES ESPECIALLY WHEN KIDS LIVE HERE TOO. NOT COOL!!!
